Redline eSports Management
Redline eSports' management is comprised of two people at the moment. Cam, the owner and founder of the organization and Tyler, the General Manager of the various teams we will be bringing under our organization's wing.
- Cam started gaming at a very young age. Even at 5 years old, Cam managed to find his way into supposedly restricted/hidden registry files on the family computer. Believing these to be junk files that were slowing the company down, Cam promptly removed a vast majority of them. At least until the computer stopped working... After graduating college, Cam first started out in Human Resources at a Fortune 300 tech company for 2 years. After leaving the company to get married and move out to the NE of the United States, Cam took several jobs in various tech related companies, but none were as fulfilling as previous work. Ever the lifelong gamer, Cam kept up on the competitve esports scene in League of Legends, Counter Strike, Super Smash, and most recently Rocket League. It was around then that Tyler approached Cam with the opportunity to form an esports organization. The idea stuck with Cam, since he had been trying to find various ways to work in the one field he felt truly happy in - gaming. There's not a single thing Cam would rather be doing and he wants to see this organization go as far as possible.
- Tyler is currently a PHD student studying archeology. When Rocket League came out, he found himself to be good at the game, which garnered the interest of a semi-pro team. After not quite being satisfied with the semi-pro team, Tyler brought up the concept of forming an esports team with Cam. The idea took hold and Tyler brought the team over to the newly formed Redline eSports. However, after playing with the team for several weeks and reaching top 16 in ESL rankings, Tyler realized that he was not able to devote the time to climb any higher. He made the decision to step down and make room for a better player with more time to commit on the team. His knowledge, opinions, and ideas convinced Cam to keep him within the organization as a coach/analyst for the Rocket League teams.
More info to come as more people join the organization.
